This friendly vacation home is actually only 200 meters from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the area. The path runs almost at ground level, first along the access road to the villa site and then along a short footpath to the gently sloping white sand. Two kiosks on the beach offer cold drinks and food, parasols and sun loungers can be hired, as well as inflatable boats and pedalos. A well-stocked supermarket with homemade cakes and bread, a butcher and a nearby fishmonger are just a few steps from the house. There is also a nice bar and a large restaurant with good, typical local cuisine.
The Villetta is surrounded by a spacious, lush green garden. It offers plenty of opportunities to relax in the cool shade of the large, covered veranda or sunbathe on one of the comfortable garden loungers. A parking space secured with a gate belongs to the house. This is divided into a living room with fireplace corner and separate kitchenette with bar and outside access. A double bedroom with a window to the covered terrace and a smaller bedroom with two beds together with a shower room make up the sleeping area of the house.
The large, covered terrace with a view of the garden, divided into a dining area and a relaxation area with a brick-built outdoor barbecue, outdoor shower and table soccer, is wonderful.
