A quiet location in a small villa development in Torre delle Stelle, closed off by a barrier. The nearby grocery store can also be reached via the estate’s access roads. Everything is geared towards relaxation. Thanks to the great location directly on the beach, all family members are completely independent. One goes ahead to the beach, the others follow; the adults stay at the house, the children go to the beach on their own, anything is possible.
The house is surrounded by lots of vegetation and large trees, which pleasantly cool even the strongest summer heat and filter direct sunlight. The living room with kitchenette is accessed via the large, shaded terrace. The washing machine and toilet are located in a small extra room next to the kitchen. The living room (WiFi) has a fireplace corner with relaxation area, a large dining table and various windows facing the sea. This can also be seen from the terrace and is actually almost within reach. Of course, the terrace is also equipped with a dining table. An outdoor shower is installed in the garden, practically next to the steps leading to the sea.
