The Villa Maria Francesca is located directly on the sea and on the sandy beach of Torre delle Stelle, slightly elevated so that you have a direct sea view from almost every room. When you stand on the covered terrace, you can see the sea with its impressive rocky coast on the right and the long, bright white sandy beach with the gently sloping, green coast on the left. This all looks like a movie set. The villa guarantees absolute privacy, although it is in the middle of the residential area and only a few minutes’ walk from the shops. The property on a plot of approximately 8000 sqm consists of a main house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and a bungalow (bedroom with bathroom) with a private tennis court and a terrace that seems to be above the sea, the clear water is so tangible. Directly in front of it, well-developed and well-lit rock steps lead to the private access to the beach. In the homely, blue-tiled kitchen of the main house, you immediately feel comfortable, the antique wall tiles harmonize with the modern technology (microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.). Not only from the kitchen, but also from the adjoining dining room you have an unforgettable sea view. The dining area goes into the living area (INTERNET), here the open fireplace and the couch area with TV and stereo invite you to linger on the cooler evenings. However, when the weather permits, you will certainly prefer to watch the sun set over the sea from the porch swing or challenge your family to a match on the tennis court, foosball or ping-pong table. There are three bedrooms in the villa, one has skylights only, while the second has no sea views. Like all bedrooms, the bungalow, built in the original Sardinian style, is equipped with air conditioning. Here is a double room. A shower room is in the villa, another with outside access is opposite the kitchen and the third opposite the bungalow. Fly screens are stretched in front of all windows. Covered parking spaces can be found in front of the villa. There is plenty of seating throughout the outdoor area. An irrigation system was also considered.

Marion M., October 2023: I have never seen a better equipped kitchen in any accommodation, there was everything from a blender to a coffee machine Andrea also took care of all my concerns (of which I had quite a few) and was always a 100% contact person (thank you very much for that). The view was breathtaking and the path to the beach via the steps was a dream. Until now we were more of a Sicilian team, but this has now changed and Sardinia has not seen the last of us.
