The well-maintained villa development on an area of approximately 22,000 square meters offers a large community pool, two tennis courts, a bocce court, a playground with a lawn, a charging station for electric cars and an electric entrance gate. Thus, there is little vehicular traffic in the residential complex, as cars are usually parked in the parking lot located in the entrance area, and all access roads are unpaved and have speed restrictions. So it’s a pleasure to get around on foot or by bike. Right next to the housing development is the Calaverde marina, which offers a wide range of services.
