The living room with relax and dining area flows into the original kitchen with brick breakfast bar. An exterior door in the kitchen leads to the back of the house with washing machine and practical household things. The extra sleeping area on the ground floor is divided into two double rooms facing the sea with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a single room and bathroom. An external staircase leads to the second floor with another two double bedrooms with bathroom in between. The large terrace with various seating areas offers a unique panorama of the surrounding villa complex and the turquoise sea. In the garden is very romantic the large table under an olive tree with sea view! An outdoor shower and barbecue are available for our guests, several parking spaces are in front of the house.
