The friendly holiday home with a large garden is located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known sandy beaches of Sa Colonia Beach, Su Giudeu, Monte Cogoni and Cala Cipolla. Various sailing schools, horseback riding, bays for kite surfing, hiking trails such as the Roman coastal path are in the immediate vicinity.

There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with window and shower cubicle, and a living-dining kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, oven and satellite TV. The Villetta is equipped with air conditioning in the sleeping area and one in the living area for cooling and heating. In the rear part of the well-kept garden there is a garden shed, where the washing machine is located and – in a cabin – the outdoor shower with hot water. In front of the house there is the possibility to park up to three cars on the property. The holiday home and the garden offer our guests a lot of privacy.
