When entering this villa, the very Mediterranean, artistic architectural and furnishing style is immediately noticeable. With minimal but effective means, a cosy, warm atmosphere can be felt inside and outside the villa. Nevertheless, comfort has not been foregone, Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge, there is air conditioning in one of the double rooms, gas central heating has been installed throughout the house and of course a dishwasher and washing machine are available to guests. Conveniently, the comfortable outdoor shower is supplied with hot water.

Meticulous care has been taken in the restoration of the villa to preserve and enhance its style. The large living room with fireplace, panoramic windows towards the sea and the original stone floor is very harmonious. It was avoided to fill the rooms. Instead, a few, mostly antique pieces of furniture are placed effectively. The eat-in kitchen with access to the terrace has sea views and, like all windows, an unrestricted view of the green garden. One of the double bedrooms also has access to the garden. Conveniently, a large closet is built into this rather narrow room. The second double bedroom serves as a walk-through room for the single bedroom, which of course can also be used as a dressing room. The gently restored bathroom with bathtub is located next to the sleeping area.

Beautiful terraces overlooking the sea and the rich vegetation of the garden complete this idyll. An absolutely quiet, green oasis surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean maquis a few minutes by car from the capital of the island, but also a few meters from the well-known beaches of the south coast.
