The small beach house is located directly opposite the famous sandy beach of Sa Colonia in Chia. The ground floor Villetta is divided into a small kitchen-living room (WiFi, air conditioning) with direct access to the veranda facing the sea with dining area. Even a television connection is provided. A window from the smaller bedroom with two single beds also opens onto this shaded terrace. The large bedroom (TV) with double bed has access to the rear part of the very romantic garden with barbecue area, dining table under vines, a small sink, two spacious outdoor showers with hot water, a parking space and many Mediterranean plants. There is a small shower room in the house and a second toilet with washing machine in a small annex next to the outdoor showers. An external staircase leads up to the roof terrace with views as far as the sandy beach. In the perfectly fenced garden with privacy screen, a small garden gate (with automatic opening) leads directly to the beach. Crossing the parking lot, you reach the beautiful, very wide beach with white, fine-grained sand. The slightly elevated tower of Chia then dominates this beautiful stretch of coastline. In summer, several beach bars offer food and sun loungers, but large parts of this famous sandy beach are freely accessible. The large salt lake with flamingos, seagulls and many other bird species behind the beach is also a natural spectacle. A truly impressive scenario!
