From Villa Karmen, you can walk to the beach 150 meters away in your bathing shoes and towel. The path is at ground level, so you won’t need more than a minute. Directly at the entrance to the beach is the nicely furnished beach bar ‘Cafè do Mar’, where you can enjoy a coffee or lunch with a sea view. The Villetta is surrounded on three sides by a green, well-tended garden with many Mediterranean plants. The typical Sardinian house is entered from the large shaded terrace with dining table. You can immediately feel the pleasant coolness in the well-insulated house. The living room with dining area and sofa corner with fireplace (satellite TV, WiFi) is the center of the villa. From here you can reach the adjoining kitchen, which has access to the rear terrace with a small breakfast table and the front terrace with a seating area. The fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from a large fridge with freezer to a blender.

A small bedroom with a narrow bed (1.20 m) is next to the living room facing the terrace. The two further double bedrooms are at the rear of the house, which is separated from the rest by a door and a hallway. The first double room with garden view has an en-suite bathroom, the second double room, also with garden view, has an extra bathroom with shower/bathtub.

There are two parking spaces in the garden. There is an outdoor shower and an outdoor barbecue. A sprinkler system and automatic lighting have been included. An external staircase leads to the small roof terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
