The detached villetta is surrounded on three sides by a lovingly tended Mediterranean garden – a green refuge full of peace and privacy. Access is via a spacious, shaded terrace with dining table, perfect for long, relaxed meals outdoors. Inside, you are greeted by a pleasantly cool, well-insulated atmosphere.
The heart of the house is the cozy living area with dining area, sofa corner and fireplace – equipped with satellite TV and WiFi. From here, you can access the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need: from a large fridge-freezer to small kitchen utensils. Two terraces – one with a breakfast area at the back and one with a seating area at the front – extend the living space outside.
