The kitchen is perfectly equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, boiler and dishwasher. The rooms have been cared for in detail and are equipped with air conditioning, safes and independent double entrances (internal and external).
In order to offer our customers maximum comfort, we offer two private parking spaces in front of the house, an outdoor shower with hot water and a laundry room. The villa has a solar panel on the roof to generate electricity.
