The friendly holiday home with a large garden is located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known sandy beaches of Sa Colonia Beach, Su Giudeu, Monte Cogoni and Cala Cipolla. Various sailing schools, horseback riding, bays for kite surfing, hiking trails such as the Roman coastal path are in the immediate vicinity.

The living room with kitchenette is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and offers a beautiful sea view. The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, oven and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The sleeping area overlooking the garden consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This area is also air-conditioned.

At the back of the well-kept garden there is a garden shed with a washing machine and separate outdoor shower with hot water. There are two covered parking spaces in front of the house. The vacation home with garden offers our guests plenty of privacy and relaxation, yet is very centrally located.
