The house has been extensively renovated with great care and attention to detail. Traditional materials and construction methods have been preserved and harmoniously combined with modern living comfort. Exposed natural stone masonry, ecological lime plaster, custom-made chestnut wood windows and doors and high-quality solid oak parquet floors create a warm and stylish atmosphere. Typical Sardinian elements such as chestnut wood ceilings on the first floor and reed ceilings with wooden beams on the upper floor emphasize the unique character of the house.

The house offers generous space to relax on two floors: On the first floor there is a bright living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a small terrace, complemented by a guest WC. Upstairs you will find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, an additional anteroom with a sofa bed and two modern bathrooms – one of which is en suite with a natural stone shower.

The high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired: stylish designer lighting, elegant bathrooms with rain showers and natural stone washbasins, air conditioning in the bedrooms and cozy wood-burning stoves for cooler days. Wall heating in the living area and underfloor heating in the bathrooms provide additional comfort.

A particular highlight is the fast Starlink Internet, which also enables longer stays or relaxed working from home. The offer is complemented by televisions in the living rooms and bedrooms as well as a games console.
